What we keep about you, and how to remove it.

This page covers the waitlist on duocast.co. It is short because we keep very little. Last updated 5 November 2026.

Who is responsible

Ortak Alan Media is the data controller (KVKK) and controller (GDPR) for the waitlist. Questions and requests go to privacy@duocast.co.

What we store

DataWhy
Email addressTo tell you when Duocast opens and to give you the free months you were promised. We do not email you before that.
Your show (optional)Only if you pick one. It tells us which kinds of shows to build for first.
Time of sign-up and your consentTo prove you agreed, and to order the waitlist.
A personal invite code, and which code you joined withTo count invites: 3 confirmed friends give 1 extra free month.

We do not store your IP address, country, device or browser with your sign-up. We do not use cookies or analytics scripts on this site, and we load no third-party fonts or trackers.

To limit spam, our server briefly counts requests per network. It keeps a salted one-way hash of the address and the hour, never the address itself, and deletes it within a day.

Legal basis

Your explicit consent: the box you tick on the form (KVKK article 5/1 and GDPR article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time, and doing so does not affect what happened before.

Who handles it for us

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Your rights and how to leave

Under KVKK article 11 and GDPR articles 15 to 21 you can ask what we hold, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, and complain to the authority: the KVK Kurumu in Türkiye, or your national data protection authority in the EU.

The quickest way out: the page you see after joining has a link that deletes your address immediately, and so will every email we send. Without it, use the leave page, or write to privacy@duocast.co from the address you joined with. We answer within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Changes

If we change what we collect, we will update this page and ask for your consent again before using your address in a new way.
